EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION – COVID-19

In response to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the UK and following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday 16th March, Winsulate wish to share the following information with our customers.

We are closely monitoring the situation and taking the latest advice as issued from the UK Government. Consequently, today Winsulate have taken the decision to instigate planned strategies as set out in our business continuity policy in relation to a pandemic/epidemic threat.

Our Business Continuity policy was formulated to ensure that the business remains able to function for its clients, whilst reducing any possible impact/threat to our employees where possible. Consequently we would like to communicate the following;

> Winsulate will remain operational and continue to deliver specialist abatement services for our clients. This includes commencement and completion of planned asbestos removal works and the acceptance and processing of new work enquiries as normal.

> Winsulate Head Office & Hazardous Waste Transfer Station will remain operational Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 hrs, albeit with reduced staffing levels with the majority of staff operating on a working from home basis.

> All staff will be contactable by phone and email and our 24 hour emergency response lines will remain operational for any Asbestos or COVID-19 emergency response requirements.

To reiterate that we are closely monitoring the situation and as a result the above measures are correct at the time of print, however as the situation changes, we also may need to adapt our approach in response. Further updates will be provided where this is the case.
